Add a new assay dashboard sub-tab in the "Summary and Filter" tab

In the "Summary and Filter" tab, add a new subtab called: assay dashboard. This subtab will have this design:

On the left panel, we will have a pulldown menu "X" containing 6 options: 1: Assay summary

2. Count table
3. Relative Abundance table
4. LogCPM table
5. Taxonomy table
6. Annotation table

Also, except for the assay summary, there will be a download button where the user could use to download the table.

On the right-hand side of the page will be (given the selection on the left panel):

1: Assay summary: show the dimension of each assay

2. Count table: show the table
3. Relative Abundance table: show the table
4. LogCPM table: show the table
5. Taxonomy table: show the table
6. Annotation table: show the table
