No species level option available #51

Hi!

I've been trying to make species level plots but I'm only permitted genus level. I have used the "count file with taxonomy ID" option to upload my files and I have used species level taxonomy IDs from NCBI. Is there any way I can solve this?

I have been able to solve this by going with the option providing a separate file with the taxonomy but if someone has been able to overcome this issue with just providing a count table including taxonomy ID that would be great! :)
