snapshot naming #1

Windows Previous Versions mechanism requires a specific snapshot naming convention:

TZ=GMT date +@GMT-%Y.%m.%d-%H.%M.%S

This should be optional, at minimum. Consider make it default.

Need to figure how to separate different schedules; currently not noted as monthly, weekly, etc.
