Add a test to check if one NIC MTU is > 4k, they all are #95

As per https://wekaio.atlassian.net/browse/WEKAPP-316504 if a host has a link at >4k, we assume that all NICs are. While this is a bug, and will likely be fixed, it almost certainly will create PartiallyDisconnected nodes and/or communication problems between cluster containers
