I'm currently catching the exception in doublets.py: this is the only dataset with the problem.

I have tried different starting values, but that hasn't helped

Tested with NewDelhi, London and Albuquerque. London one problem-- PAP15100115 H12--others fine

Appears to have been fixed. fscWidths-RTIQC15200110-H12
