update bitnami chart to 15.X and mongodb to be compliant with openshift #36

Hi,

Last March, Bitnami add globaly compatibility support for securityContext in Openshift restricted-v2 SCC and adapt their mongodb charts.

This pull request update mongodb chart version to 15.6.18 and enables wekan to be deployed on an OpenShift cluster.

I've tested on our OpenShift platform and have injected data. All seems OK.
