Add LDAP Initials Sync #80

I tried to add support for LDAP initials sync. The problem is mentioned in https://github.com/wekan/wekan-ldap/issues/58#issue-547071713 I'm not that familiar with the login process and ldap. It would be good if someone else can check it.
