add optional attribute: custom padding

I modified few lines of snippet in order to give users little freedom of choosing padding between bubbles on their own. default value for padding is 0 ( same as original code )

I am not sure that am I allowed to commit with transpiling, so just edited on src file in order to let repo administrator to decide the way they want :3
