ckeditor is bundeld in the jar #46

This makes changing the css (such as editor.css) very difficult as the editor 
is built in the jar.  They need to be decoupled.

I see the advantage of including the editor (ensure compatibility, etc) but if 
you want to customize the editor OR not publish _source and _samples, you are 
forced to since you have to use the included editor.  The only other option is 
to modify the existing jar.
