Just to be clear, this will be a new branch, and will not be merged into master. Setting to draft to prevent accidental merges, but it's really not a draft :)
@sgallagher you will probably want to look at this :)
I don't see anything that raises any red flags. I say we run with it and fix anything that comes up as it happens.
Note: I've mostly just examined the RHEL 10 specific patches and skimmed the rest. I'm trusting that the cherry-picks from Fedora 40 are sound.
New rhel10-branch has been created.
This starts the rhel10-branch which will be used for RHEL 10 releases. This set of patches cherry-picks all the f40-branch patches that are not dnf5 related over to a new branch. It also switches some defaults to things that make sense for RHEL 10, and updates the documentation to the new release version 40.5.1
