Update output files from topic model runs #40

Currently we have multiple files that are submitted to HUMLAB in Umeå with results. The files are described here: https://github.com/humlab/penelope/blob/7c8eb876cad1b78b47ce4e8eb6f4a2723845faac/penelope/notebook/topic_modelling/README.md

We need to clarify and use better semantics in these files to avoid bugs and errors.

[] "Topic Token Weights" should be renamed to "Topic Type Weights" (also the csv-files)
[] "Topics Overview" should be changed to "Top types per topic" and file should be renamed to "top_types_per_topic
[] We should check how alpha is computed? What is it? It cannot be what is described in the README

First two points fixed, but I dont have access to humlabs notbook readme so can't modify that. And cant push code changes in PCLDA-pipeline to https://github.com/welfare-state-analytics/PCLDA-pipeline. Need access
