Check correctness of start/end dates for MPs that were part of Urtima/A/B Riksdag meetings #406

There are occasions with more than one Riksdag meeting per year. Sometimes there were Urtima Riksdag meetings when something special needed to be addressed outside the ordinary (Lagtima Riksdag), for example during WWI and WWII. Similar things for the so-called A Riksdag meetings and B Riksdag meetings.

In the bio books, if an MP was part of an Urtima Riksdag, then that year is marked with U (e.g. 1919U) as an identifier for that specific Riksdag meeting.

Problem: We could have incorrectly tagged the end/start date of a Lagtima Riksdag for an MP who also sat in the Urtima Riksdag meeting later in the same year.

Solution: Go through the bio books and look for MPs that sat in an Urtima/A/B Riksdag and check if the start/end dates are correct on Wikidata.

FYI: Wikidata miss Urtima/A/B Riksdag I asked if someone in WD was interested changing this 3 may 2023 - 14.48 but no reaction

as I guess we will have more and more diffs between WD and Riksdagens Corpus so the persistent identifiers issue is getting more urgent #269 also from your perspective....
