How was this sampled? Three speeches per year out of all speeches?

Also, we should not specify wether it is an ip or not. We should let Josefina and Cecilia state that (ie tag ip/not ip). I think this is better suited in a csv/google sheet format of this reason.

yes, for the unicameral period -- and "year" is a sub directory under corpus/protocols/.

1970s

The format is different, so I didn't catch anything in the 70s. Instead of §2 Svar på interpellation: 1970:123... in the body, the ip debates are listed in the TOC under a heading image

then referenced later, only by the topic image

I should be able to ID these by passing over the TOC section to pull out all the ip debates and then find them in the later part of the protocol by topic.

In the above cases, since the riksdagen ip debate numbers (1979/80) are not used in the heading, we should probably put that number in the ip-debate div using the n attribute (we should probably do this for all the ip debates), and reference the div xml:id in the TOC \ with the corresp attrib.

Great! I think the first step is to get all the IPs in so we can then look at the quality. Then we can add the actual IP number as a separate issue for now, I guess.

I think we would like to do that mapping maybe outside the XML schema if there is not clear tag for it. Following the principle that we should add to the XML that is clearly part of the XML, and the other mappings we would add as tables outside.

Then we could instead map the debate ID to interpellation ID as a csv file.
