Changes in PoS-grouping for SUC schema #134

UO ("utrikes ord") has previously been part of the "Noun" class. Since Sparv/Stanza for some reason tags "och" as being a foreign worg, the class is for the time being moved to "Other".

Also note that Participle (particip) currently is in group "VB".
