Allow transformers-0.6 #454

This allow transformers-0.6 (and mtl-2.3) in install plans.

I tested locally that changes upstream don't affect optics. However, we can be 100% sure as e.g. inspection-testing depends on ghc which depends on transformers, so we cannot upgrade that package and run tests. Yet, I'm quite sure anyway, and will make revisions.

I stand corrected. Zoom stuff needs fixing in optics-extra, so we'll need a release.
