Finding people who don't have Wikipedia entries

Hey @frankieroberto We have a Wikipedian in Residence for the next six months. We'd like to improve Wikipedia via Alpha by identifying those people in alpha who don't have a Wiki entry.

Is it possible to output a list of people who

• don't have an LC ID
• have an LC ID but no Wiki blurb is being pulled in to alpha

and to organise that list

• by name
• by subject (to tie in with themed editathons)
• by number of items in alpha (a number would help prioritise effort - focusing on those people who have more stuff in the library, rather than just one item)

an example of this is Louis Coltman Parkes https://alpha.wellcomelibrary.org/people/P2142. 35 items but no Wikipedia page.

Can you let us know how much effort that would be, and whether there are limitations to the outputs?

@jennpb yes, sounds like a good idea!

There's probably also some people who do have a Wikipedia page, but VIAF doesn't have the link (yet). Maybe we could ask them to investigate the VIAF <-> Wikidata integration? i.e. if the LC is added to Wikidata, will VIAF harvest it (and how often does that happen), or does the Wikidata ID have to be added to VIAF?

We could also modify the edit person page to allow manual linking of a Wellcome P number to a Wikipedia page.
