Make URLs to other catalogues for people pages #16

Can we make links from our Data & IDs section to other catalogues?

E.g. http://alpha.wellcomelibrary.org/people/P34546

@frankieroberto can we construct URLs here? (probably not 100% I'm guessing)

@george08 depends on the catalogue, but in most cases probably yes?

@george08 I've wired this up for a few catalogues (the ones above), and added the logic to /helpers/application_helper.rb, so it should be relatively easy to add new links and catalogue names.

Yay! Lots of names added. But, links are a bit harder. SHOCKING how many systems still have shit URLs.
