Make DIG codes into "Collections" to explore #36

It would be nice to see some of the collections Wellcome has made over time. Consider adapting dig codes into human-readable collection titles, and add those sets of things into "Subjects".

I'm going to call this largely done (and if there are tweaks we can make them new, specific issues).
