in search/src/main/scala/weco/api/search/elasticsearch/ColorQuery.scala change the n_bins from 6 to 10 (this will be matched by the same change in the catalogue-pipeline/inferrer app, followed a reindex)
in the same file, add some noise/jitter to the queryVector: instead of setting one index to 1, spread over nearby elements in the vector to increase the likelihood of a match against documents in ES
