migrate export related plugins etc. from winslow to winnipeg as well #108

the updated premis export and possible bagit creation can be migrated from winslow to winnipeg...

This could be done when systems are updated for the memory leak as well.

this had partly been done with the memory leak related updates... the remaining bit has now been updated as well
