where to store the code and how to do automatic deployment to s3 is to be discussed as well

Several of the above mentioned points have already been dealt with in the meantime.

The code should be publicly versioned and zipped by travis e.g.

(removing EP label as this is now generic as well as wellcome label, as this has been discussed)

release zip of 0.0.1 from that repository has been manually deployed via the infra bucket, opening a new issue for deployment automation
