Investigate Auth0 access token deprecation notice #264

I thought this had been addressed but apparently not!

This is managed in the advanced tenant settings of the Auth0 tenant dashboard; it isn't available via the Management API (or, consequently, Terraform).

I thought it was resolved in https://github.com/wellcomecollection/identity/issues/235 but I either misunderstood the setting (likely) or it reverted at some point.

I've now corrected the setting and will check again tomorrow to see if the deprecation notice has appeared again.
