Remove a3m-testing-instance #425

There is an archivematica test instance running in the digitisation account that can be decommisioned.

Investigate why it's hanging around and get rid of it if possible.

There seem to be no infra as code in our repos for this, so terminating it and calling it done.

Have also archived https://github.com/wellcomecollection/a3m, which presumably is related.
