Remove Amendments - not an element #1

Hi @StephCornwell - I think the amendments shouldn't be treated as a metadata element in its own right. The ideal would be for a system to log these. where we want this visible to the public I think we facilitate that within the relevant element - importantly title. It's a capability we would want long term & one to flag

Maybe we have previous title(s) as a metadata element and flag it there then? (I think adding previous titles under the title element would be confusing two different things). Otherwise, we could write a section explicitly about ideal system capabilities?

it's not just previous titles, we'll also have to account for alternative titles. So we need to find a way of encompassing all that relates to title. The elements are related so alternative & previous are additional information to that field. Definitely needs some thought

OK got my head around this one now, the amendments can be added as a wish but for title changes - these need to be within the title/name/description metadata type - as effectively they are 'also know as' or alternative titles, all of which need to be recorded in that space.

Removed element and have added reference to metadata crosswalk for ideal system capabilities.
