After Shrigley, do we want to keep this advice in the framework:

Transcribe the inscription exactly as it appears on the object, replicating the spelling, diacritics, case and abbreviations used in the inscription. Indicate line breaks with a forward slash.

I think we do but we need to include guidance with Inscribed titles and case - not sure how to phrase it, but we would transcribe anything else in a title exactly as it was. The confusion lies in it going into the title field. With a book you would transcribe everything aside from the case. I've added a note to say: When transcribing Inscribed titles into a title field, use sentence case. If the Inscribed title uses an alternative notable case include a note to record this.

I've edited inscription further, read through & see if it makes sense
