As part of adding proper support for TEI languages on /works (e.g. ensuring languages work with filters), I had a look through all the languages currently defined in the TEI files. This patch has some minor cleanups and consistency tweaks I noticed – which both improve the data and reduce the number of cases our code has to handle.
