"Raghavan" not "Ragavan" #43

In the Indic collection, I see quite a few entries like this:

  <idno type="ragavan">E.11.n</idno>

The name is spelled "Raghavan" not "Ragavan".

Something like find . -type f -exec sed -i 's/Ragavan/Raghavan/g' {} + :-)
