Statements of responsibility in Arabic/README.md #7

These XML files refer at various places to the person "gbrey".

These are references to the late Gerhard Brey, King's College London, who did most of the technical work on creating the XML-based system for the Arabic MSS. Gerhard also knew Arabic and the History of Science, and had input along with Nikolaj Serikoff into the content of the descriptive entries.

There is an obituary for Gerhard at http://eadh.org/people/memorials/gerhard-breys-memorial

I am mentioning all this because Gerhard was an exceptionally talented person whose premature death was a blow to everyone connected with this project. It would be appropriate that he be prominently acknowledged in connection with the Arabic online cataloguing project.

Nikolaj Serikoff's contribution should also be acknowledge clearly, of course, but this is already done in the README.md file.
