Add file size to download links if possible #10607

We need to see if the file size data is available for items and, if so, display it

We have file size (I assume you're talking bytes, not dimensions) displaying on IIIF Builder dashboard for our born-digital items but we're pulling that straight from the Archivematica METS. If we want to display this on Wellcome Collection, the easiest way for us to do it is to have Digirati pull that information into the IIIF manifest for us, alongside anything else we'd like from the METS like MIME type, dimensions, etc.
