Update audio player - see design resources

Note: This ticket is for the default version which doesn't include skip ahead function, see #11032

Why

Improve style, features, and resolve accessibility issue #10231

Background

Re-designed as part of the Exhibition Guide improvement work.

Audio player primarily appears in two places on the site:

Exhibition guides
On works pages eg https://wellcomecollection.org/works/a3v24ekj

We have discussed possibility of having a "light mode" version for works pages, however if make decision to move the audio player off works pages and into the viewer #5763 then we should be able to keep one version.
