Set up reports and analyse existing user/website data to answer questions:

What can the things people search for tell us? Eg. what proportion of searches are broad?
How many people engage with the existing browse tools (visually similar images and concept pages via tags on works pages)?
Do people seem to find these tools useful?
How do people try and find out about what’s in our collection?
