Amend override date field Prismic description #11409

Now that we use the Content API everywhere for stories, should we change the label here? We could change it to say "this will not affect ordering within the Prismic API, but gets taken into account with the Content API". Or is it too long?

They've annoyingly changed the character limit to 35 which is nothing.

"Override date (UI + ContentAPI)" ?
