Helpful info from an email from Daniela:
We currently use the one attached. The square speech bubble with the letters AD in bold inside is apparently the official, RNIB recommended logo for audio description: http://audiodescription.co.uk/members/members-resources/ VocalEyes say that venues often re-design it (different colours, weights, proportions etc) to fit their own brand, so our should be fine as it is.
We currently use the one attached, 'TEXT' inside a squared box. StageText say that there seems to be no industry standardised logo for live subtitled events, so we would be leading the field by using it. They advised us to keep using it as it seems to be the clearest one to indicate live subtitled events. They believe that Southbank Centre also uses this logo for their live subtitles events, but I haven't seen it in their website.
BSL We currently used the one with the 'open hand'. The other one, 'hands with index and middle finger stretched' is recommended by both Remark and Signed Culture. Maybe we should get this re-designed?
Captioned events We currently don't have a designed logo. The 'Cap' inside the box is the one recommended by StageText: http://www.stagetext.org/about-stagetext/info-and-services/increasing-audiences
Relaxed We currently use the 'R' inside a square box, I've also seen 'RP' for relaxed performance, but this one may not be good for us as not all our events are performances.

Problem to solve
We need better alignment across Wellcome Collection on our iconography for accessibility and facilities.
After an initial discussion with Lindsey P from Design, we'll bring together all of the icons used online and in print and signage to:
Running list
Universal access
Active wheelchair
British Sign Language (BSL)
Audio description (AD)
Speech-to-text (STT)
Hearing loop
Large print
Closed captioning
Relaxed (?)
Lifts
Baby buggy
Cloakroom (coathanger? suitcase?)
Gender-neutral toilets
Family
Quiet spaces?
