Instead of separating the two search functions, we should explore the option of displaying only a single search to users with advanced search and filtering functionality added before the run a search.

Ideation workshop to flesh out this concept
Prototype idea with bespoke content to re-frame Reach
Test with users to validate this concept

In particular;

what advanced search options we can offer to users to ensure that they get a meaningful set of results.
How to describe what Reach does, when it is presented to users in this fashion
