We worked out what GA events should be created so that we can track what we want to track.
They are some things that GA and Hotjar can't automatically measure so Events are custom metrics, essentially.
Sam, please implement these events in the table 'final'. Google Analytics has a nice resource on this here: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/events We aren't implementing 'values', just categories, action and label. I believe these don't need to be implemented on staging, only production, (but I'm going to double check with emanuela) https://www.notion.so/wellcometrust/Google-Analytics-0cb0a19e571f49a6b5219f8f44c8a0b7
