Description texts for config settings #13

It is useful to have description texts under the config settings for information details. The tool tip is too small.

The "tool tip" is no real tool tip but a pop up that can contain arbitrary long text. I would not suggest to add more descriptive text in the menus - this will make the page harder to use.
