Hi @wellenvogel ,

this PR is backport of my old stuff to newer API of IICTask

Add BMP280 Sensor ( https://docs.m5stack.com/en/unit/bps )
deprecated PGN 130311 for Raymarine

Second thing: Raymarine doesn't undestand PGNs 13031[234] and works only with 130311 (https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1304648/Raymarine-Axiom.html?page=146#manual)
