Enhancement - Developper profile edit form

Hey guys ! :heart:

Great job on this new developer profile. Some enhancements would be possible with the edit form :

• Add a tag without a popup?, like this http://vikramn.github.io/Re-Tag/
• Add a "+" button near the skills to show they can be easily edited through the popup instead of clicking it
• The "coding since x years" and "Professional experience" gauges would be easier and more accurate if they were relative to a starting date
• The professional experiences should have an edit/delete button
• Should the commentary on the current professional experience be mandatory?
