execute on save #12

a setting in the package settings to turn on execution of phptidy on save event. this would be very helpful!

as reference - phpcs for sublime does it like this: https://github.com/benmatselby/sublime-phpcs/blob/master/phpcs.py#L521

can this be implemented on ST3? I'm not sure how to go about it or how difficult it is
