1. Get the latest katex.min.js

5. Further minify katex.min.js with terser and/or uglifyjs.

6. To load the fonts locally, modify katex.min.css so that all instances of url(fonts/KaTeX become url(fonts/KaTeX/KaTeX.

7. Test everything looks good with zola serve and navigating to the Markdown Examples (blog/markdown) post.
