Use internal gitlab-ci releases #161

Since semantic-release-gitlab-docker does not work anymore, I had to fork it: https://gitlab.com/foxfarmroad/semantic-release-gitlab-docker/-/issues/2

Now, we will use the internal implementation of gitlab + docker publish. It is now more configurable.
