Layers/schedule:

[ ] chocolate crumbs (can be refrigerated for up to 1 month)
[ ] passionfruit puree (can be refrigerated for up to 1 week)
[ ] day before: chocolate chip buttermilk cake (to be refrigerated overnight)
[ ] day of: coffee frosting (to be used immediately) + cake assembly
[ ] day after : defrost cake for 3 hrs+

i don't understand how this works, but i am ON TOP of the chocolate crumbs.

also, we can use the base of my cake carrier as a cake stand??
