When attempting to use the styling buttons, all of them error with same message:
_editorRef$current.getTextareaDom is not a function
You can fix this, but I am uncertain if you should, because there already exists styling buttons for the MD that I was seeing. So you could just let go of your custom buttons in favor for the built-in buttons:
