maxOccurs="unbounded" was applied to all elements in xs:choice

Thanks for the pull request!

However, we will remove the schema files again, as we cannot enforce the necessary shapes using XSD. Instead, we created SHACL shape files, which we will merge in the next few days and which you can use for validation purposes.
