Filtering by Protein/ID/Desctiption? #14

This is rather a feature request than an issue. It would be nice if the PSM table could be string-queried-filtered (not just sorted) by ProteinID, Entry Name and protein Description. This feature would be great for browsing big datasets.

Hi @Alemarcohen , the PSM table could be filtered by peptide sequence or spectrum title. This function can be found on the top right side as shown below:

We can add support to filter by protein ID. But for protein description, I don't know whether it's useful to filter based on this. In addition, the identification results from a lot of tools don't have this information.
