With the fear of repeating what has already been posted as issues. I have an issue opening pepXML+mzML and/or tsv+mzML files generated using FragPipev14.0, using Fragger 3.1.1, Philosopher 3.4.13 (build 1611589727) and python 3.8.5 where DB splitting and Spec lib is enabeled. The picture below is the files I've loaded. Here it is a tsv+mzXML combination. image When i Press Start it loads, and it never finishes.. Never.. as on this picture. image Just for info, I use PDV 1.7.1, mzML files are converted from *.d files via Proteowizard with the settings shown below. image Do you need any more information?

Sorry about that. Could you share your files with me? I can take a look later.

Hi,

Hope everything works well. In your issue, you used a tsv+mzXML combination, right? Or a tsv+mzML combination? PDV actually can't support the tsv+mzXML combination. If it's the latter one, could you share your input data with me? It will also help us to improve our tool.

Best, Kai

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply, I'm currently trying to figure out if I have permission to share the data or not. I'll let you know how it turns out. It is however both the TSV+mzML and pepXML+mzML that causes issues. The first never stops loading, the second states that thre is an issue with the pepXML file.

Best Martin

@MNTsnowman, we just released a new version (v1.7.4) which we fixed a few issues in visualizing FragPipe results (tsv + mzML or pepXML + mzML). Please try this to see if it works with your data.

Hi @wenbostar, thanks a lot for letting me know. I'll keep it in mind. :)
