batch export modification spectra #45

Dear developer， Thanks for the powerful tools you developed！When i use this software in windows，i could not find a good way to export my modification spectra expediently. Could you give me a right method to solve this problem？ yours sincerely， gaoxiang cao

You can try the "export" function as shown below:

Thanks for your reply. Actually，I want to batch export modification spectra rather than export an spectrum.

You could find a few examples to export spectra in command line at https://github.com/wenbostar/PDV/blob/master/README.md. The manual also has a section about how to use command line.
