Saving files on PDV from Fragpipe #58

I'm able to import result and view from fragpipe but I would like to save all the result so I can go back to it later

If you are using FragPipe later than V18, you could directly open your result in your FragPipe GUI by selecting the output folder on the "Run" panel.

If you are using the standalone version, you can export all spectra in png or pdf version by selecting "Export all spectra" on the top of the panel: image
