PDV GUI #68

Hi all, I downloaded PDV 1.8.2 from github, but I didn't find the GUI icon in the folder. How could you guys visualize the database search result with PDV, I can only open PDV in fragpipe? Thanks! Btw, I am new to use MSFragger~

Do you want to use PDV to visualize result from MSFragger?

Yes, but I couldn't visualize my result after I closed MSFragger since I haven't found PDV GUI, thanks
