Can't open FragPipe outputs #77

Hello,

I loaded a previous search results to FragPipe and tried to open PDV viewer by clicking "Open FragPipe-PDV Viewer", but got an error message saying "index 0 out of bounds for length 0" and couldn't open it. I was able to open other datasets, but I don't think the one which I couldn't open with PDV viewer is missing anything.

I'd much appreciate your help.

Hi Yuka,

Did you change or move your result folder and raw files after searching? Can you share your FragPipe log file and screenshot of your result folder?
